A limited number of rooms have been reserved for our guests at a preferred rate. See link below to reserve a room. You may also call the hotel to make the reservation or add additional nights saying you are with the Rosenberg/Wilcox wedding.

The discounted nightly resort fee includes:

Transportation

  • There is a public shuttle that runs between SRQ with a stop near The Ritz-Carlton.

  • Rideshare Services (Uber, Lyft, taxis) and rental cars are also available.

  • If driving, valet parking at the hotel is $55 per night.

  • A hotel shuttle is available to take you to and from the hotel and the Beach Club.

  • Our celebration will be an adults-only event. We love your little ones, but due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding and allowing us to make this a special evening for all.

  • Plus-ones are reserved for guests whose invitation specifically includes one. If your invitation lists a guest by name, we look forward to celebrating with them as well.

  • We have secured a room block at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, where all wedding events will take place.

    The preferred rate, with a discounted $50 nightly resort fee, includes Wi-Fi, complimentary exercise classes, golf practice area privileges (with clubs), bicycle use, tennis court usage with racquet and balls, beach umbrellas and chairs, kayak or paddleboard use, and fishing poles.

    Parking is available at the hotel for $55 per night.

  • Our Friday evening Welcome Party will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club on the Sunset Terrace.

    The theme and start time will be shared soon. Transportation will be provided between the main hotel and the Beach Club during designated hours.

  • Our celebration is Black-Tie. We kindly ask that guests wear formal evening attire—tuxedos, floor-length gowns, or equivalent formalwear.

    Please refrain from wearing white to honor the bride.

  • Yes. We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain put away.

    Our photographer will capture every moment—please relax, take it in, and enjoy the experience.

    The ceremony area features turf flooring—comfortable heels and formal footwear are perfectly suitable.
